Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your PC in its original double-layered box with the internal foam molding intact to prevent hardware damage during transit.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and ensure the RMA number is clearly visible to avoid processing delays at our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the system's components and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
